Our story
It all started with three friends who shared a passion for sports, travel, and culinary discovery. In 2019, after traveling the world, they reunited and decided to join forces on a common project: acai berry. They roamed the streets of Paris with a food truck. Their mission? To introduce Parisians to the famous acai bowls, adding their own personal touch: homemade toppings.
This is how Açaï and You was born, along with the first recipe for our 100% natural peanut butter and our healthy, crunchy granola. These homemade creations quickly won the hearts of lovers of tasty and balanced bowls, pairing perfectly with açai cream and fresh fruit.
From food truck to restaurant, then workshop
In 2020, the adventure took a new turn with the opening of our first boutique in Paris. This milestone marked the beginning of a wonderful expansion: today, six restaurants in Paris, Boulogne, and Saint-Germain-en-Laye continue to delight you.
At the same time, our three friends are developing a culinary creation workshop, Archy , dedicated to nut butters, granolas, and natural snacks. Designed as a quality workshop, Archy focuses on healthy, natural ingredients with no added sugar , in line with the values of Açaï & You.
